Carmine Salvatore Yusko, based in Philadelphia and career hobosexual and predator of animals, vulnerable individuals, and minor and mid-life-crisis women who hate themselves, appears to be confused. Because in his deluded mind his “45 charges” (Freudian slip?) have been “acquitted”, he seems to think that the same applies to the reality the rest of us live in (and that we’ll all believe him). Not to worry – a sane and sober individual is here to set the matter straight. The truth of the matter couldn’t be further from the tales he is spreading to anyone who will do themselves the dishonor of entertaining his drivel.
As of today, according to The Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania, Carmine has the following active charges that he still needs to plea to:
- Burglary
- Theft by Unlawful Taking (Movable Property)
- Receiving Stolen Property
- Criminal Trespass – Breaking into Structure
- Conspiracy
His bail is $10,000 unsecured, and the next hearing is a pre-trial conference on September 2, 2025. All of these charges stem from him breaking into a storage unit and stealing thousands of dollars worth of tools from it on March 17, 2025.

As of now it’s the only docket in the system (under Active, anyway…feel free to take a peek under Inactive if you want to see how he handles his responsibilities as they pertain to driving infractions and those resulting warrants), but as anyone who knows Carmine knows, he’s quite the busy bee, so it’s only a matter of time before more charges show up.
