We won’t sugarcoat it: we are ecstatic to learn Carmine Salvatore Yusko is currently incarcerated at a Missouri county jail. In addition to harassing and extorting thousands of dollars out of my disabled brother, illegally evicting him, physically assaulting him, and attempting to kill his medically-fragile ESA cat, Carmine has been busy committing other crimes, too.
But as we ourselves promised him back in March, when we successfully secured an emergency PFA to remove him from his rental home (which he was later evicted from, presumably because his landlord didn’t appreciate knowing the house was being used as a flop house and a trap house, drugs being present in the house because Carmine is an active user of them, and police being repeatedly called to the home because of all of the issues Carmine created by hurting others) in order to rescue my brother’s cat and retrieve his belongings, karma would come for him. His refusal to accept $100 no-questions-asked cash in return for the safe return of Charisma and astounding arrogance would be his undoing. I, along with another woman (someone who is also connected to one of Carmine’s victims), would be his undoing.
And karma has arrived, courtesy of that woman! Last week Philadelphia issued a warrant for Carmine’s arrest, because he is charged with a series of crimes related to his transgressions against an acquaintance of my brother, a man who was similarly vulnerable and was grossly taken advantage of by Carmine.

Even better, after Missouri picked him up on the warrant, Missouri and Philadelphia both agreed Carmine is a flight risk and poses imminent danger to his victims – SO HE IS BEING HELD WITHOUT BOND. Carmine remains at the mercy of Missouri and Pennsylvania, and he will continue to sit in a Missouri county jail for as long as it takes for Philadelphia to collect him and then incarcerate him in their jail, should Pennsylvania decide they do want to spend the money/resources to extradite him from Missouri back to Philadelphia. (I speak from personal experience when I say that even same-state facility transfers can take several weeks, so there is a very good possibility Carmine will be stuck in that Missouri jail for months. A girl can dream, right?)
We love that for him. Carmine Salvatore Yusko deserves nothing less than the situation he is currently in, and we’re here for every minute, docket, and court hearing of it.
Charisma sends her regards.
